Constant sound flickering and pausing

I received the Soundcore P20i today, but unfortunately the unit is defective. The audio has constant flickering and pausing issues. I have already reset the earbuds and tested them on multiple devices, but the problem still persists. I have contacted support and am waiting for a proper response and replacement. Hoping for a quick resolution.
