i got them in jan 4 and its 12 today and left earbud is producing hissing sound when i turn on anc

I tried resetting the earbuds, unpairing and pairing them again, but the issue is still there. They were working perfectly until yesterday. Suddenly, when ANC is turned on, a fan-like noise starts coming from the left earbud. Because of this issue, the earbuds are unusable. I would like to know if it’s possible to get them replaced as quickly as possible.
